Conference Venue

All conference events will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Las Vegas, 4315 S University Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89119. Please note that Las Vegas is on Pacific Coast Time which in May is GMT-7.

The hotel is approximately 2 miles from the Harry Reid International Airport. Taxi cost from airport to hotel will be $14.00 - $18.00 usd.

GASI has negotiated a room charge of $149.00 per night plus tax. This room rate is for a two room suite with a full breakfast, nightly Manager's Reception, and free in-room internet. Reservations may be made by phone to +1 702-765-6753 using the conference meeting code provided after registration or using a link to be provided after registration.

Rooms are reserved on a first come first serve so please do not delay. Reservations at the conference rate must be confirmed by April 15, 2023. If anyone wants to arrive earlier or stay later, please book the contracted dates GASI has negotiated and send a message to GASI Executive Director Hiram Martinez at hiram@globalawarenesssociety.org and we'll update your reservation on the back end.

Check-in/Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 pm. While the Hotel will make every reasonable effort to accomodate guests who arrive before the check-in time, guest rooms may not be immediately available. Baggage storage will be available. Check out time is 11:00 am. Late departure fee is $50 per room if not vacated by 11am.

Parking
All attendees and registered guests parking a vehicle will be charged $17 a night or $10 for day use.
