All conference attendees are required to pay registration fees. Regular Registration Includes $100 GASI membership ($50 Student membership), Acknowledgement of Participation, submission of paper for the Conference Proceedings, PDF of program, PDF of abstracts. In-person participants receive a name badge and have access to all session, coffee breaks, Welcome Reception and Global Awards Dinner.

- $270 (USD) - Undergraduate or Graduate Student on the Program
- $300 (USD) - Virtual Presenter
- $300 (USD) - Retired Presenter
- $100 (USD) - Student Attending not on Program

In these uncertain times we realize plans may change. For anyone who has paid registration fees for the Las Vegas Conference, the following is our refund policy:
- Cancellation prior to April 1, 2023 – 100% refund of registration fee,
- Cancellation between April 2-May 1, 2023 - 50% refund of registration fee.
- Cancellation after May 1, 2023 - no refund is possible.
- A paid registration fee maybe be transferred to another participant.
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the GASI Treasurer, Dr. Deborah Kessler, dpk@globalawarenesssociety.org
- If for any reason the conference is cancelled, all registrations fees will be refunded in full.
